This book is a survey of Christianity from the Protestant Reformation until the present. Special attention is given to men and movements who influenced the religious development of the period.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Sam E. Hester is a professor of Bible and church history at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson,Tennessee, where he has taught since 1979. Dr. Hester is also the director of the Christian Training Series, FHU’s summer lectureship held in July each year.
In addition to teaching, brother Hester also preaches for the Crooked Creek congregation in Perry County Tennessee. He owns Hester Publications, which publishes short-run books and booklets. Besides printing new titles for others, he is reprinting some brotherhood books that are out of print, especially those on restoration movement history
