We sure hope this isn't a problem for you! Our goal is to ship the order correctly, the first time, every time. In the event that there is a problem, you can call us at the number on your packing slip or invoice, or send an email to orders@samsbookfactory.com.
As for shipping, we offer you two options for your convenience:
- U.S. Postal Service. For orders of 1-3 books we can ship them via the post office, this method is the quickest most cost efficient way for 1-3 books.
- UPS Ground. This will get your package to you quickly and reliably. You can see the shipping estimate and we'll let you know once your package is on its way. Our policy is to wait for your payment to clear through PayPal (unless you are on an ongoing account with Hester Publications) and we will ship as soon as possible. We try to keep the site as up-to-date as possible, so you shouldn't have trouble with items being out of stock.
- Local pick-up. Hester Publications is located in Henderson, Tennessee. If you don't know where that is, you probably don't want to try to come and pick up your books. If you've done business with Dr. Hester before, check the "Local Pick-up" option on shipping, and we'll let you know when they're availalbe for you to pick them up. Just try to let us know when you'll be coming, and we'll leave the lights on for you!
- International Orders. For international orders please select the world zone rate during check. Please note we reserve the right to add charge additionally for international orders due to increased costs of shipping
